Kevin Kivi is a senior agency leader, strategic advisor, and executive coach with more than 25 years’ experience leading people, businesses, and cultures across Australia and North America.
After building and leading high-performing teams in some of the world’s most complex and competitive agency environments, Kevin’s work in 2026 reflects a deliberate shift,  combining agency leadership with highly selective advisory and coaching engagements.

Kevin’s career spans senior leadership roles across global media and communications businesses, including the establishment and scaling of Horizon Media Canada, where he led the agency from launch to national presence and industry recognition as a Great Place to Work and for consecutive years being named Canada’s fastest growing media agency.  Additionally, Kevin has held senior roles with Carat, MediaCom (now EssenceMediaCom) and MindShare, leading some of the worlds most progressive and most visible brands.

Beyond coaching, Kevin has served on the board of Vividata (Canada’s leading media and consumer research authority), mentored future leaders at Sheridan College’s Pilon School of Business, and remains an active contributor to the leadership and business community.
Kevin holds a Diploma in Business Advertising from Holmesglen, a Degree in Business Management from the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology (formerly TOPNZ), and is currently completing a Degree in Professional Coaching with the Australian Institute of Professional Coaching (AIPC).  This blend of formal education and lived leadership experience deepens his ability to connect, challenge, and support leaders at every stage of their journey.
